Katy Abraham has written to Ludmila – her past ALS tutor – with an update on her progress since completing her degree last year.
One very exciting development is that Katy’s dissertation has been accepted by this year’s Culture Theory Conference, an international event being hosted by Oxford University. It will be presented to some of the leading writers in consumer culture and marketing. As Katy says to Ludmila, ‘a big achievement – I wouldn’t have been able to do it without your help and support!’
In the meantime, Katy has secured a post with an advertising agency in her home town and is currently working on the portfolio of a well-known brewing retailer. She writes:
‘I’m in an environment that suits dyslexic people like myself – my boss is calm and takes time to teach new things. Thanks again for all your help – I won’t forget it’.
Well done Katy… and well done Ludmila.
