Last Wednesday, ALS held their annual Artisan Fayre. This gives members of staff an opportunity to display a wide range of artistic abilities and make some money for themselves and for charity.
Here, for example, is a selection of patchwork goods made by one tutor’s mother and a few cyclamens in baskets.
More cyclamen…and a number of festive figures for the garden.
Amanda, our chief cake-maker, produced some stunning Christmas cakes for folk to bid on.
And from behind this window, Tim emerged to give us examples from his musical repertoire
Here’s a few cards to go along with all those presents
And here’s a selection of goodies sent all the way from Lulworth
This year’s charity was Children in Need to which over £70 was donated from takings at the afternoon’s event.
