Our talented team of makers and bakers provided gifts & goodies to buy, admire and eat! We had a marvellous Tombola and sold hot turkey, or nut roast baps with freshly made mince pies and a seasonal glass of Glühwein. All set round the Christmas tree & roaring log fire.

Since leaving university I have joined the advertising agency RKCR/Y&R. It is one of the largest and most awarded agencies in the UK and its clients include Virgin Atlantic, Marks and Spencer, The BBC, Lloyds Bank, Vodafone (my client) to name a few. I work as an Account Executive and am responsible for dealing with all aspects of different campaigns to ensure that they get delivered on time to budget and that the client is happy with them and the agency. ALS advisor, Jackie B, has kindly alerted us to the fact that it’s Dyspraxia Awareness Week this week and has submitted this film made by a dyspraxic student
Jacob Bannerman is looking for volunteers to help with research for his dissertation examining connections between Dyspraxia and physical activity
In particular, Jacob needs adults (18 or older) to be interviewed for up to an hour. The focus will be on participation in physical activity during childhood and perceptions of physical activity in general. Interviews will take place during January and February 2013.
